Creation of author's methods

The design of author's methods is regulated by the Civil Code of Ukraine, the relevant law "On Copyright and Related Law" and other regulatory legal and other international acts, which have been approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Stages of work:
  • Signing an agreement on the provision of legal services;
  • Preparation of an application for registration of author's methodology;
  • Payment of all necessary state fees;
  • Registration of author's methodology;
  • Obtaining a certificate of registration of the author's method.
